John Caudwell’s property portfolio has relaunched with a new name and identity to coincide with the sale of their first developments in Cap d’Antibes, South of France. Created by design studio Felix&Friends, Caudwell Property has been renamed as Caudwell Collection, along with new branding to reflect the super-prime positioning of the portfolio.
Felix&Friends have also created the branding for a number of properties within the rapidly growing portfolio.
Caudwell Collection recognise that branded developments deliver a higher return, and as a result have invested in a cohesive suite of identities for the range of residences, which includes apartments, penthouses and duplexes. Supported by elegant brochures and a premium responsive website, the properties are presently being actively marketed.

Felix&Friends have created individual branding for three properties, which work together as a coherent group and are inspired by classic icons of the French Riviera. The initial releases are Parc du Cap, comprising of two five storey buildings providing 88 apartments ranging from one bedroom to duplex and Penthouses with roof top pools and Les Oliviers, a stunningly elegant development of six apartments.
