John Caudwell’s property portfolio has relauched with a new name and identity to coincide with the sale of their first developments in Cap d’Antibes, South of France. Created by design studio Felix&Friends, Caudwell Property has been renamed as Caudwell Collection, along with new branding to reflect the super-prime positioning of the portfolio.
Mr Caudwell was keen to retain the initial ‘C’ element of the branding so the business would retain a direct personal link back to him. Our brief was also to deliver a new identity that reflected the super-premium positioning of the property business, as well as the prestige of the Caudwell name.
Felix&Friends have also created the branding for the properties within the portfolio. Caudwell Collection recognise that branded developments deliver a higher return, and as a result have invested in a cohesive suite of identities for the range of residences, which includes apartments, penthouses and duplexes. Supported by elegant brochures and a premium responsive website, the properties are presently being actively marketed.
To represent John Caudwell’s luxury residential property portfolio, Felix&Friends needed to create a design that would encompass a modern yet elegant brand that would be instantly recognisable worldwide. Their creative solution was an identity that appeals to a premium audience, evokes an emotional response and is a smart and unique emblem for today and the future.
