We are looking for a bright, proactive and dedicated individual to join us in our London Team. This is based in a modern, fresh and open office space located by Blackfriars Bridge in Southwark.

The main objective of the role is to build relationships to delight our clients through streamlined project delivery. Ensuring project issues are minimised, resolved and prevented; to ensure that that the customer experience is at the core of what we do; and to see that the service is generally and consistently improved to reach our strategic goals.

You will be working in close collaboration with the Creative Director and all members of the team.
Making our customers exceptionally happy
Handling all queries placed by clients
Managing the channel of communications between the clients and the rest of the business
Compiling information about the industry and our clients to better facilitate great service
Working with the Creative Director, to ensure responses are managed in a timely manner and that profitability is maximised.
Liaising with the team, managing printers and third parties.
Management of timelines for the creative process with the design team for given projects to ensure team are briefed correctly, and deadlines are met.
Improve the service continually
Attend meetings with the client at their offices as required.
Resolve current queries and prevent issues happening in future
Proactively identifying ways to improve systems and relationships
Solving issues that have arisen
Fantastic communication via email, phone, text and system notes
Maintaining admin requirements with accurate and helpful feedback
Liaising closely with team members
Participating in a culture of excellence and ambition
What you will have
Your background is likely to be in design / web development / print company. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying issues clearly, making points concisely and ensuring successful overall communication channels.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior executive level. Organised with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach.
Passion and desire to play a key role in driving the business to success with all new/current projects.
You will be a self-starter who enjoys working on their own initiative and you will love technology. You will thrive on working in a small team where everyone is actively encouraged to develop their skills, try new things and challenge themselves but do not expect to be micro-managed.
