Felix&Friends have delivered Kiki McDonough a 37% increase in online sales since the launch of their new website.
This is a great success for both Kiki.co.uk and Felix&Friends – who understood and embraced the Kiki brief which was ‘to showcase the coloured jewellery as much as possible and make finding pieces easier, therefore driving sales’.
Results also highlighted that Felix&Friends upped the sales conversion rate by 11% per sale, raised the average order value by 36% per sale and tripled transactions and page views.
