Felix&Friends have been working with The Royal Flying Doctor Service – Friends in the UK since 2013 to help deliver much needed support and revenue for the charity.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service celebrated its 90th year in 2018 and Felix&Friends helped deliver their gala event held at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London’s Knightsbridge. Hosted by comedian Adam Hills with support from Kathy Lette, the evening celebrated the incredible work the charity has delivered over the past 90 years. A personal message from His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales was presented to the 350 guests during the evening along with The Honourable George Brandis QC, Australian High Commissioner to the UK. Throughout the dinner, guests were able to bid upon silent auction prizes via iPads on each table. The evening finished with a live auction hosted by Lord Jeffery Archer which raised over £175,000 for the charity.
Felix&Friends designed and delivered all the print and digital presentation collateral for the event – from invitations, event brochure and animated digital screens. Felix&Friends created a gateway for all guests throughout the evening to purchase raffle tickets through the RFDS website for the chance to win 2 x Business Class return airfares to Australia with event partner Etihad Airways.
Felix&Friends create a concept for each RFDS to deliver a different messages for the charity, creating a unique and cohesive approach to the evening.
See the Royal Flying Doctor Service website for more on the event.
