Royal Flying Doctors Service – Friends in the UK

London

The Royal Flying Doctor Service is a globally recognised charity helping deliver vital medical treatment to the farthest and most remote areas of Australia.

For the fourth consecutive year RFDS has secured the top spot as the most reputable charity in Australia, as revealed by research consultancy AMR.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service – Friends in the UK engaged Felix&Friends to expand their web presence into a multifaceted portal. The new website now allows the charity to create and promote large ticketed fundraising events allowing users to purchase tickets to these occasions alongside making donations directly through the website. Social media and a news portal were added to allow the Royal Flying Doctors – Friends in the UK to promote as much of their good will and efforts to the world.

Felix&Friends first worked with the Royal Flying Doctor Service – Friends in the UK, on the 2014 Gala Dinner held at the Imperial War Museum which raised over £100,000 for the charity.

The brief was to always emphasise the great work the RFDS team do across Australia, showcase the prestige nature of the charity and the fundraising work it does and to build a lasting site that would grow with the charity.
