Chapman Petrie have operated within the UK Commercial Property Market for more than 30 years working alongside various clients such as British Land, Grosvenor, Capco, Legal & General and Deutsche Bank.
The team at Chapman Petrie have spent years honing their skills and building their knowledge, and as a result they are one of the longest-established independent specialist surveying firms in London. However, their standing and reputation in the industry was not reflected in their online presence which was tired and formulaic.
Felix&Friends designed and developed a new digital platform for the business. To leverage Chapman Petrie’s bespoke approach, the team and key projects were to be the main driving focus for features within the site. Using bold photography and a clean typographic approach to allow Chapman Petrie to showcase its premium property catalogue history to maximum effect.
The new website now feels personal but wholly professional, and presents a much more dynamic face of the business.
