British Land engaged Felix&Friends to create a bespoke pattern for use throughout the building interiors that would represent and define Clarges Mayfair as one of the ultimate residential developments within London.
The highly intricate and conceptual creation from Felix&Friends has been applied as a feature in the entrance, grand foyer and throughout the residence, realised in a number of different mediums including bronze and glass.
Felix&Friends has also completed all signage, including bespoke typography, for the apartments on all floors. British Land has developed a new icon and pinnacle of residential living for London. Felix&Friends is proud to be a part of it.
