Sotheby’s International Realty launches in Spain with Felix&Friends
Hola Spain! Arguably one of the world’s finest property brands, Sotheby’s International Realty first approached Felix&Friends in 2023 to review and update its digital design – and to create a new vision for the global brand in a group of territories.
Following the successful launch of Sotheby’s International Realty in the UK and UAE, Felix&Friends has delivered its latest product for the brand as Spain Sotheby’s Realty.
This latest website showcases properties that cover all mainland Spanish locations as well as the Balearic Islands, supporting the brand’s profile in the beautiful Iberian peninsula, and offering key features to smooth the journey of potential buyers and renters.
A granular and refined ‘search by map’ functionality offers ease of use, making it simple to find property in exact locations. Users can now simply move through the map to locations they desire and view the available properties as they auto-update within the visible map. For those who prefer a more traditional list view, the website also allows them to view the properties in this format.
Multi-language functionality enables Sotheby’s Realty Spain to cater for English, Spanish and German speakers, with French and Italian on the way.
Alongside, the new visual language developed by Felix&Friends feels fresher, lighter and more modern – while importantly still keeping the resonance and feel of the recognised and established Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
